During our first free meeting we discuss ideas , schedule and budget of your project. I never compromise quality for time and give my clients realistic schedules that accommodate their lives. If you decide to use my services, I will lead you through the process of your project, providing the following services: house measurments, floor plan drawings, design concepts, meetings, discussing design, codes and budget, review with the city, construction documents, submitting detailed plans to building department and applying for permit. I am happy to help you with the process of finding the right contractor for your project. I strive for transparent customer service, and will keep you informed about every step of the project.

MY NAME IS CHRIS
Growing up I was surrounded by construction. With my dad being an architect there was always a project going on at home. After college, I gained experience working for general contractors in the construction management industry. Later I transferred into working in the architecture business. In 2013, I started my own business Day by Day Designs.
